Frequently asked questions

What every buyer asks before starting.

What is the minimum order (MOQ) and which box formats do you work with?

We work programs starting from one consolidated container. Box formats depend on product and market — we quote the exact format via WhatsApp based on your destination.

Which shipping windows does each product have?

Kent mango Dec–Mar, Hass avocado Apr–Aug, Tahiti lime year-round, snow peas and sugar snap May–Nov, asparagus Sep–Dec. The calendar on this page shows the month-by-month detail.

Which incoterms do you quote with?

FOB Callao/Chimbote as a baseline; CFR and CIF depending on program and destination. The incoterm is defined in the initial quote.

Which traceability reports come with each shipment?

Lot ID, MRL analysis by an accredited laboratory, reefer temperature curve and packing QA with photo evidence. All shareable with your quality team.

How do you guarantee the cold chain?

Pre-cooling at the plant, reefer containers with data loggers and monitoring to the destination port. The full temperature curve travels with the lot documentation.
