Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of this website, whose purpose is informational and commercial: it presents AGROFEM’s export offering and enables contact with our team. Product information, sizes, formats and shipping windows are indicative and do not constitute a contractual offer; every operation is formalised through a specific quote and contract.
Use of the site
You may browse and use the content to evaluate a commercial relationship with us. Automated use that degrades the service, mass extraction of content, and submitting false or third-party information through the contact form are not permitted. We may suspend access where usage compromises the security of the site.
Intellectual property
The AGROFEM brand, logo, texts, photographs, illustrations and the design of this site are owned by AGROFEM or used under licence. They may not be reproduced, distributed or adapted without written authorisation, except for brief quotation with attribution and a link to the source.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute arising from the use of this site is submitted to the courts of AGROFEM’s domicile in Peru, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
