About us
Operators, not middlemen.
An agro-exporter from Áncash with dual sourcing between highlands and coast. One team answers for the lot end to end.
Our story
We were born where the fruit is born.
AGROFEM was born in Áncash, between the Huaraz highlands and the coastal valleys of Casma and Chimbote. We did not come to the fields only to buy: we work in them, alongside the growers who sustain them.
That origin shapes how we operate. Dual highland–coast sourcing so the program does not collapse when the season turns, and a single point of contact from planting schedule to shipping documentation.
We export to markets that audit, measure and reject lots when something does not add up. So we built the company around one idea: every box must be explainable with data.
Production zones
The fruit is born at 3,052 meters. It ends on your shelf.
The altimeter is not a metaphor: it is the real route of our crops, from the Huaraz highlands to the coastal ports.

Impact
The chain starts on an Andean smallholding.
We work with growers in the Áncash highlands under scheduled purchase agreements, technical support in the field and on-time payment. This is not philanthropy: a grower who can plan the campaign and gets paid on time delivers better, more consistent fruit. The labour and social practices across our chain are subject to third-party audit.
