Data we collect
We only process the data you give us voluntarily: name, email, company, destination country and the content of your message when you use the contact form, or the data you share when you message us on WhatsApp. Our analytics runs without cookies and builds no profiles: it records visits in aggregate and anonymously, without tracking you across sites.
Purpose and legal basis
We use that data solely to answer your commercial enquiry, prepare quotes and follow up on a potential export program. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell, assign or transfer it to third parties for commercial purposes. The basis for processing is your consent, given when you send us the enquiry.
Your rights (Peruvian Law 29733)
Law 29733, the Peruvian Personal Data Protection Act, and its regulations grant you the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO), along with the rights to information and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to us through the contact page channels stating the right you are invoking; we respond within the statutory deadlines. If you believe your request was not properly handled, you may file a complaint with the Peruvian National Authority for Personal Data Protection.
Retention and security
We keep commercial contact data for as long as the relationship or commercial interest lasts and, afterwards, for the period required to meet legal and accounting obligations. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — restricted access and encryption in transit — to protect the information. Our infrastructure providers may store data outside Peru under equivalent protection safeguards.
