Traceability
If we cannot prove it, we do not say it.
Lot-level traceability and a monitored cold chain, with reports your quality team can review without calling us.
Traceability is not a badge in a catalogue: it is an identifier assigned at harvest that follows the fruit to the shelf. With that ID we can reconstruct the plot, the phytosanitary record, the packing shift, the container and the temperature curve of the voyage. If an observation appears at destination, we know where to look in minutes, not weeks.
Cold chain
Cold starts in the field, not at the port.
Immediate pre-cooling after harvest, reefer containers with data loggers and monitoring through to the destination port. We hand over the full curve — not an average, not a photo of the display — with exact timestamps for every leg. If there is a deviation, you see it before the container lands.
Reports
Documents that travel with the cargo.
Every shipment closes with three shareable documents: multi-residue analysis from an accredited laboratory, the full reefer temperature curve, and packing QA with photo evidence. They come with the shipping documentation — you never have to ask for them.
